The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. Rooms well-equipped and spotless. Public areas comfortable and contemporary. Amazing view from the rooftop bar. Spa area available for showers even after check-out. Delicious buffet breakfast with an amazing view.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to the old port but not too close. The view from my room's terrace was astonishing. The staff were efficient, friendly, and attentive. The bed was great and the Hermes toiletries were a nice touch. The hotel had excellent cleanliness and facilities. It was also conveniently located to local restaurants and shops, as well as being close to the Cassis area.

The hotel is located in the old harbour area, within walking distance of the major sights. Guests can enjoy the beautiful views from the restaurant on the top roof. The staff is also helpful in organizing a car rental to be delivered to the hotel. The rooms are spacious and elegant, with comfortable beds and nice terraces. The breakfast is extraordinary, with a wide variety of delicious and fresh food. The hotel also offers a beautiful view of the old harbour.

The pool size is small compared to the number of rooms.

La chambre était spacieuse et très propre, avec une literie parfaite pour un sommeil confortable. Le petit déjeuner continental était complet et savoureux. De plus, nous avons apprécié la belle piscine et la salle de sport. Le personnel était accueillant et serviable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons également profité de la proximité du centre et d'un centre commercial pour nos besoins quotidiens.

Le wifi était trop lent et nous devions régulièrement nous déconnecter pour le réactiver.

From the moment I arrived, the staff at this hotel made me feel like royalty. They took care of all my needs and fulfilled every luxurious request I made. the room was equipped with exclusive amenities, and the spa and wellness center provided excellent treatments for my relaxation. the sun terrace had breathtaking views, and the restaurant served a special menu that catered to my dietary restrictions.

The only minor issue I encountered at this hotel was the crowded spa lounge, which made it difficult to relax. the massage therapists were skilled and made up for the lack of space.

Located in a prime spot with stunning views of the port and city walls. the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options available. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay.

The duvets were quite heavy, which made sleeping slightly uncomfortable. Additionally, the shower leaked constantly, resulting in a soaked bathroom floor.

the spa and wellness center was exceptional - we indulged in a body scrub and massage that left us feeling revitalized. the exclusive facilities of our room were impressive, and the restaurant served special diet menus that satisfied our dietary requirements. the location advantage of being near the harbor provided breathtaking views!

Concierge provided a warm welcome and were helpful. Smooth check-in experience. Grateful for compensation given for shortcomings. Durimg last night had some alarms without proper explanation. Deserve a discount on the invoice. Nice decor and well-done rooms.
